Terms of Service
By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.
General
⬥I, the artist, retain the rights over all my commissioned works. You may not claim the artwork I do for you as your own.
You may not remove, edit, paint over, or otherwise alter my signature/watermark.⬥I fully prohibit the usage of my artwork in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI learning.
⬥ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.⬥I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time, for any given reason.
⬥Credit must be clearly stated and visible when sharing the commissioned work on social media, such as a link back to my profile or mentioning with @.⬥The final product is strictly for your personal use only (profile picture, header image, etc), less you purchase commercial rights. You may only print my commissioned artwork for personal goods that will not be sold for profit (acrylic keychain, postcard print, etc.)For commercial use commissions, refer to Commercial section below.
Commercial
⬥ Commercial-use commissions must have a clear and accessible credit to me, the artist.⬥ The purchase of commercial rights for my commissioned artwork can range from 100%~300% of the price of the original commission, depending on what the commercial usage is for.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is due in full upfront.Payment is done through PayPal invoice in Euro.
Please convert your currency before transferring it to my invoice.⬥ Commissions of a price $100 OR HIGHER will work with a 50% pre-payment, and after the sketch is confirmed, the other 50% must be paid for the artist to proceed with the commission.⬥ Payment is expected within 36 hours / 1.5 days after I accept your order. If payment is not received, the order will be cancelled.⬥ Refunds are only available if I haven’t started the colouring process, or if I have not started or if I pass the deadline of 1 month after payment confirmation date.
A refund request due to simple change of mind is not accepted.
Revisions
⬥ Revisions due to my own negligence after the initial commission is finished are free.⬥ If a mistake was made due to the character reference provided being unclear, revisions are not guaranteed. Please make sure to organize all your updated, correct references when applying for a commission.⬥ I allow two revision passes. ONE major revision during the sketch phase, and a minor revision after the first sketch confirmation. It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.Subsequent revisions will cost 15%~50% of the original commission price for each revision request, depending on the degree of revision. Larger modifications such as changing the pose after lineart or colouring, redrawing large parts, or redoing things entirely can incur up to 50% of original price.

-kemonomimi, mild degrees of anthropomorphic characters (please ASK about anthro/furry characters, I am not the best at them but I'm willing to try)-slight to mild gore or NSFW
(shirtless, pinup-esque, suggestive. Anything rated “17+")
✦I WON'T DRAW
- real people
- fanart, copyrighted characters from media and games
- detailed armor/mecha/cars/other vehicles
- Excessively detailed characters
- any content that promotes hate such as racism, homophobia and queerphobia.
Heavy and explicit gore or NSFW
-viscera (internal organs, severed limbs, etc)
-depictions of fully exposed genitalia
-anything that would legally require to be labelled as mature/adult content.
